This is a discount program by State Farm (read Drive Safe and Save ). Depending on how safe you drive, you get rewarded discounts off your auto insurance. As described by my insurance agent, at a minimum you should receive 5% off for being part of this program. This is even if you end up being a poorly-rated driver.
