I think with 17 Monk/3 Fighter (or 18 Monk/2 Fighter, I guess) you can make 9 attacks per turn. Assuming you have the full face/arms/body up, 3 from Attack action, 3 from Action Surge, 3 from bonus action. You can bring that up to 10 attacks if you’re hasted. 10 attacks in one turn.
