I tried safespotting but every time i went to the spot he would disappear. So i tried maging him straight up and i ended up using like 3 ppots in a minute so i had to tele.Posted May 23, 2007. According to the Tip.it quest guide, there once was an "official" safe-spot that you can use to fight Damis but this has long since disappeared. Since Damis drains your prayer points incredibly fast, I highly advise that you do not fight Damis in his chamber.Summary.
